Had it been a 5-4 decision, I would have been very upset, but it was a 9-0 decision and I believe they were voting on freedom of assembly and speech. This was not a religious decision as I have been researching all day about it (well since the decision was announced).

it was a free speech vote, and they got it right. As much as you may not like it, as much as I may not like it, Westboro Church, Anti-abortionists, right to choose, labor unions, all have the same rights
