But it's a dead argument since the Senate changed the filibuster rules to allow a presidential appointee to go through with 51 votes.

Trust me, some of these idiots are so trapped in the right wing bubble that they have daydreams of arriving by train back in their district to cheering crowds and a brass band because they blocked the socialist takeover by the Muslim usurper from Kenya.

Seriously.

Some of the older ones honestly believe they are the heroes preventing the Soviet tanks from rolling down Main Street U.S.A..

Viewing the Supreme Court as one of the most important out of balance sections of the American government, next to Congress.

My participation in the American experiment, being sixty seven years old, sound mind, always working to pay taxes, servicing in the military to protect our freedom, never arrested except for a traffic fine.

Always trying to be a good citizen should account for something that at least in my opinion should account to be the exact requirement that as a citizen in good standing I know I have the capability and it’s my Constitutional right to invoke the first Amendment anytime.

As a young person in grade school learning laws of the land are a good thing. However those persons that are appointed to office by an elected official and abuse that appointment should be expelled and disgraced to a different measure than just being ejected.

When I was younger it never occurred to me that there will be a time to draw a conclusion that there are members of the Supreme Court ruling for just political reasons, obviously obnoxiously connected to friendships making decisions to enhance power money and influence that are actually fraudulent interpretations of legislative statutes. So anyone at a corner in a park or on a mound of ashes with a bull horn knows free speech is money. That's not right.

To be able to participate in the American experiment on the front line so to speak, in the trenches of the daily work grind where my performance actually depends on a business manager that is licensed by we the people to ethically comply to laws of the Constitution especially on decisions of the Supreme Court that impact the first amendment is what is failing in America.

It is easy for me to connect with them. However these are people that make decisions without care of reprisal, or egotistical retribution or what America is miserably simmering in unfair oligarchical denigration of the working class.

The Supreme Court has a job for life, it would be nice if Congress could recognize that simple premise when they enact legislation.

The American people don’t understand that simple premise that jobs for the American people are important because of that relation.

Our current Republican Congress is abusing that very important principle, job stability with an arrogance influence necessary that would even stop the basic function of the government. These Republicans that shut off the government should be ejected from Congress yet many Americans are fools to keep voting for such people.

The interesting example is the Treaty game where the President can make Treaties. Yet the Congress and the Senate trust the decisions but need to verify what needs to be done in national legislation for we the people not just the one percent. That is just one issue where America is failed.

Especially with full support of the national media that is neurotically corrupt and compliant to a new generation that is criminally in support of fraudulent interpretations of legal laws. The Republican is not a political party but actually a political crime syndicate.

An incredible example is Rush Limbaugh a leading character in the Republican crime syndicate. Openly with arrogance admitted that his Monday through Friday talk show will exclude your first amendment rights accept for Friday. We all know Fox news openly encourages sedition via Hannity or O’Reilly, or the daily Huckabee report that uses his religious skills to flim flam the public.
