(32,886 posts)Republicans like to have their fun with the whole Clinton-Monica thing, fine.
He still didn't have the arguments on the executive overreach discussion so I don't think it helped him.

(6,699 posts)Seriously? Is that what the line is they want to push now? That "one case" of waterboarding? Seriously? I nearly choked when I heard ms. highheels spew her nonsense. What a fookin' joke. I just can't believe the depth these tools will stoop to in order to forgive W' and Darth for their torture and invasion of a sovereign state under false pretenses. Seriously? "One case" of waterboarding? Really? OMG!

(1,074 posts)I loved how the republican strategist rolled his eyes when you brought up how Bush used his executive orders. Why is it that they can never, ever admit any wrongdoing with Bush and his administration?! It's always an eye-roll or something like that. And, then usually they say "well, we're not in the bush administration right now; we're in the obama one. Why bring up the past?" The next time someone says that and if you're involved in that type of interview, Steve, please say to them "ok yes that's in the past, but i would like your opinion right now on those things. Tell me right now what you think about Bush approving of warrantless wiretapping. There was no outrage back then from Republicans, so right now can you show me some outrage?" They make me so sick!
