He's camera-ready from the get-go. That's why I keep yammering about wanting to see him get his own show on MSNBC. If it were MINE to decide, I'd take the Friday hour from Rachel Maddow, add it to the Friday hour that ordinarily would go to Lawrence O'Donnell (and he only works Monday-Thurday) and I'd create a two-hour show for John Fugelsang on Friday nights, to be rerun here and there throughout the weekend, and REPLACE some of that stupid fucking "Lock-up" crap. So it gets ratings. Don't CARE! I'd bet on John Fugelsang's show getting ratings, TOO. He could make it whatever he wanted, with sketch-comedy, satire, an opening monologue, a sidekick maybe? A band? WHATEVER. It would replay certainly on Saturday evenings, too.

And yes. It would mean that Rachel Maddow would lose her Friday evening show. Because I'd put her on a Sunday-Thursday schedule since SHE would be the new host of "Meet the Press."

WHEN did YOU capture bin Laden, you fucking WAR CRIMINAL????

YOU captured bin Laden? I'm sorry - you're WRONG. WRONG AGAIN. Barack Obama got him. A few years into HIS OWN first term, okay? HE did it. You had NOTHING to do with it. You actually had a great shot at it early-on, and YOU let him get away. (Tora Bora, anyone?) Because YOU guys wanted to divert to Iraq. You pretty much had him. And you let him get away - because, once again, just the same as when you got the call to serve your country during Vietnam, and you took five - FIVE - deferments. YOU had "OTHER priorities."

a travesty of an interview indeed - I believe that there is no question whatsoever but that Cheney and Heinrich Himmler would have been BFFs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heinrich_Himmler

If I believed in Hell, I would wish that Cheney would soon inhabit its deepest and darkest circle, together with Himmler & Co.

He is completely loathsome in every possible way. Anyway who would justify him in any way is equally loathsome, IMO.

At least Himmler had the grace to commit suicide when in Allied custody before being tried; Cheney got a heart transplant at the American taxpayers' expense.

I will not shed a single tear when this piece of shit dies. I might even get in line with a few million others for the chance to piss and dance on this disgusting excuse for a human being's grave. 25% of the detainees turned out to be innocent, yet this fucking psychopath has no remorse at all for those wrongly tortured. None, zero, zilch, nada, zip, bupkis....and I bet he has the chutzpah to call himself a Christian.

Hell is too good of a place for this putrid, festering boil on the ass of humanity.

Dark Triad Personality Disorder
Narcissism is characterized by grandiosity, pride, egotism, and a lack of empathy.
Machiavellianism is characterized by manipulation and exploitation of others; a cynical disregard for morality, and a focus on self-interest and deception.
Psychopathy is characterized by enduring antisocial behavior, impulsivity, selfishness, callousness, and remorselessness.

I don't think there is anyway I could sum up Dick's personality better than this!

his life is going to get miserable. As soon as other countries start prosecuting the people that were involved with the renditions. Cheney will be tried in absentia and I'm sure found guilty. Will there be any link to Tony Blair?? The stress is going to get rough for Bush, Condi, Rummy, Tenet and the rest of the gang. Spain will jump back on the wagon. This is going to get big, not swept under the rug.

I think Cheney would get the majority of votes. In some places in the world, mostly Muslim nations, they consider Osama a hero. Who considers Cheney a hero, besides George W. Bush? There are a lot of places, like China, South America, and sub-Saharan Africa, where people don't feel like Osama was much of a threat. Cheney might win more votes in those places, too. In Europe, Canada, and Australia, I think they have a lot of disgust for Cheney. Might be a close vote there. Here in America, we might vote along party lines because that's all we do anymore.

What a disgrace to this nation that a Vice President of the United States should even be in the running for more evil than a terrorist leader.
