So this is a huge conflict whether more guns or better laws are the answer. This council woman said that is students had been armed they could have taken out the shooter. I guess she doesn't know there were armed individuals on campus since it is a concealed weapons carry campus.

Whenever there was a mass shooting, gun owners would complain that "every time" this happens, gun control advocates crawl out of the woodwork demanding more gun control!
