- PRISON FOR EXXON EXECS? Lawmakers Seek Probe for Hiding Knowledge of Climate Change-

For decades, Exxon has questioned the science of global warming, contradicting its internal findings by the company's own scientists. Recent exposes by InsideClimate and the Los Angeles Times reveal that Exxon concealed for decades its own conclusions that fossil fuels cause global warming, alter climate, and melt the Arctic.

- Rep. Ted Lieu of California and Bill McKibben, leading climate activist and co-founder of 350.org discuss the Exxon news and urgency regarding climate change including calling for a Dept. of Justice investigation of Exxon and Big Oil recently announced by Sen. Bernie Sanders.

It will be very interesting to see how this discovery develops. It needs immediate addressing given Exxon's 30+ year 'delay'. So much misinformation, time wasted and life on earth destroyed.

Droughts across the planet, loss of livelihood of farmers globally.
Ocean acidifacation and the collapse of the oceans' food-chain,
Increase of the frequency mega storms, resulting in tremendous property costs.
Many fold increase in biologically toxic sites, due to local contamination around oil production and refining facilities.

Directly responsible for or acerbated the super abundance of free floating long chain hydrocarbon molecules in the atmosphere

Increased costs in healthcare.
Decreased longevity.
Decreased levels in comfort.
Increased atmospheric acidifacation causing accelerated urban infrastructure degradation.

Directly responsible for or acerbated the suppression of an emerging industry bases.
Suppressed the emerging Solar power industry
Suppressed the emerging Wind Power industry.
Resulting in the loss of potentially thousands of US jobs (using the same standard corporations sue Countries for loss of potential profits).

To name a few.
The company and it's officers from the time the report came out to the present can and should be sued to offset the listed costs to the world.

Maybe humans will put down their cellphones long enough to realize that an unstoppable disaster is headed their way...

Probably not...some celebrity just drooled on its shirt...so, you know, priorities...

Ever seen Dr. Drew on HLN? That is the most overt racist program I have ever seen. I would suggest you don't even turn it on. They win the title—Worse Than Fox.

Racism is popular!

is a real mess. The M$M has been corrupted since deregulation in the 90s and Reagan earlier then consolidation into giant conglomerates similar to the Big Banks. TV doc Dr. Drew I've heard is essentially a hack. I never watch him and it seems plausible he's a racist too.
