So good to see Sen. Franken, now in his second term, continuing to take a stronger role, after being pretty quiet his first few years. He is, after all, a cum laude graduate in government from Harvard. Can't help compare him to the grandstanding, fairly new Sen. Cruz. Hell, if they'd been at Harvard at the same time, Cruz might have even had to let him in his study group.

The Senate Judiciary Committee gave that bastard a hearing and then voted "No", 9-5 (one of those "9's" a Republican who later became Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee). In spite of all that, the Committee STILL sent his name to the full Senate for a vote.

Six Republicans voted against him in the Senate.
