Sanders speaks to full house at Tucson rally:
http://www.tucsonnewsnow.com/story/31516148/sanders-speaks-to-full-house-at-tucson-rally

Just like in October 2015 when over 11,000 supporters showed up at Reid Park, people on Friday showed up early and waited hours for a chance to see and hear their candidate speak. "People are standing up for what they believe in," said Kelley Schulz. "And not just following what other people which is the more obvious choice but fighting for what they believe in. So that makes me really happy that I live in a place like that." Sanders rallies are known for their message of hope and change. "I am really excited to feel that energy in the room," Schulz said. "To see everybody else feeling the same thing that I'm freeing. Maybe we can make something change, you know?"

Sanders touched on many different topics Friday -- immigration, universal healthcare, demilitarizing local police, what he calls a rigged economy and a broken criminal justice system.

Another hallmark of Sanders' campaign has been speaking out against special interest groups' influence over the political process through campaign contributions. In fact, 99.97 percent of the $96.3 million he's raised has come from normal campaign contributions and not Super PACs. Hillary Clinton, on the other hand, has raised $188 million with 31 percent coming from Super PACs and other groups.

"This campaign is supported by working families, not Wall Street," Sanders said. "This is a campaign of the people, by the people, for the people."

We're seeing shenanigans as well as accuracy in the prediction by some experts that many college students who love to attend Sanders rallies won't invest enough effort to make sure that their vote counts.

I'm worried but also still committed with my wallet open.
