Related: About this forumObama appears on Cuban comedy show
This is hysterical because Obama uses street slang with Panfilo. Funny to the Cubans at least, not sure how well humor translates culturally.
Anyway, what a good sport!!

Great! The trip may help open up some eyes of some who may buy right-wing anti-Cuban propaganda

Cuba is not a utopia. You mean like Gay Rights demonstrations, are they allowed in Cuba? Yes.

I hope so.
An American in Havana near images of Raúl Castro, Cubas leader, and President Obama.

Do you imagine that people are allowed tool criticize the government and organized demonstrations to express those feelings?

You haven't seen any of the pictures or videos of Gay Rights demonstrations?
This one is from 2011, not just something staged for the benefit of Obama.
Well now, this is naughty!
.
Open up your mind. Don't fall for all the big corporate media and right-wing propaganda on Cuba.
Cuba is changing.
For the better.
It's opening up.
A lot.
Obama understands that.
This is over half a century after the Cuban revolution for independence.
Go to Cuba.
Find out for yourself.
Don't just rely on my word or the corporate mass media.

(22,765 posts)4. I already know Cuba is great, and has great potential.
I'm just saying the political protest against any policy of the regime is forbidden. and will result in jail time. Let's not whitewash Cuba, just take her as she is and hope things improve.
