But I have had mine affected by what I was exposed to as a young, gung-ho volunteer to get in on the action some few decades ago. And it sickens me! Sickens me to see the fruits of my patriotism proving to be the blatant, wanton ignorance and apathy that have spawned the charade that passes for our governments these days!
I feel SO fortunate that I didn't give my one life (or any limbs) in the pursuit of enemies we'd created. SCREW the civilian hawks that crow about our might and how we'll smite those who dare to go their own way! NONE of the sabre-rattling asspirants for the White House have EVER had a drill instructor dress them down for ill-folded socks or thrilled to the whistle of bullets flying close - and yet..... they all talk of how they'll send our all-volunteer shrapnel sponges to prove how brave THEY are. Hell, I and so many others have skin (or worse) in the game. I can peel it off my legs to prove it - I put up with a screech in my hearing system every waking hour as a result - but I have only me to blame. After we defeated the Axis powers, we could have been DONE with wasting blood and treasure. But no. We're STILL sticking our nose into others business to this very day. And NONE of those blood and treasure outlays have bought us a single thing. Not even a government that gives its own a fair shake. We don't DESERVE health care or college for everyone. We're too goddamned stupid to appreciate it.

This is truly appalling, even if they invited somebody to do stand up to entertain people while pollsters futzed around. The procedure, AZ, is that you open the doors and people WALK IN AND VOTE, not be harangued in some church for 2 hours.

Polling places were reduced by 90% mostly in minority areas to surpress the vote. In 2012 latino voters were given provisional ballots which would mostly not be counted to save sheriff arpaio's job and still he only got 50.7% of vote.

So was this a Hillary Clinton voter suppression motivational speaker?, was this a Bernie is great speaker?, was this a "we are keeping you here until the polls close because we are fucked up in Arizona" speaker?

Why were they there were the lines too long?

Next time they'll know better than to get in line !!
