How do these virtual idiots, like this dweeb, get to be so arrogant?
I thought arrogance had to be based on something.

cards when his loss was confirmed? It was very late (midnight or later), and many were left stranded at the venue for the expected victory party, with no cash, no credit cards and no way to pay for a cab home.

Mitt Romney Campaign Aides Had Credit Cards Canceled Late On Election Night

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/11/09/mitt-romney-campaign-cancels-credit-cards-staffers-aids-election-night_n_2099916.html

SNIP

NBC’s Garrett Haake described the abrupt transition of the Romney campaign after the GOP nominee gave his brief concession speech:

From the moment Mitt Romney stepped off stage Tuesday night, having just delivered a brief concession speech he wrote only that evening, the massive infrastructure surrounding his campaign quickly began to disassemble itself.

Aides taking cabs home late that night got rude awakenings when they found the credit cards linked to the campaign no longer worked.

Arrogance is "that species of pride which consists in exorbitant claims of rank, dignity, estimation, or power, or which exalts the worth or importance of the person to an undue degree."

If it were based on something realistic it would just be pride, although there's a sense of lording it over others that makes arrogant pride offensive. What Trump has is an unrealistic opinion of his own self-worth, and he acts very prideful of those virtues he does not possess, like having a good brain, or being liked by Hispanics and women, or knowing more about military matters than the generals, or knowing more about foreign policy than people with lots of experience in the field, like, I don't know, a former Secretary of State.

Wiktionary suggest these synonyms: "haughtiness; self-assumption; presumption."

Maybe not the best example. At the very least, they are probably told to go out and be combative with the"liberal" media and treat everything they say like it's all lies, unless it agrees with the Trump narrative. Their base loves that type of shit. "Oh boy! Ol' Trump is sticking it to the lying media!"

If Trump and his Campaign team think they are going to win over voters by putting a guy like this fellow in the pink tie out front then they are even dumber than they appear to be.
This is the kind of guy even a hard core Trumpette would want to punch in the face!

I'll watch it. The actor who plays the dumb lawyer in such a convincing and hilarious fashion is brilliant.

I'm not a lawyer but I often heard that lawyers better know the answers to the questions they ask. What answer did he expect?
He fits right into the Trump campaign. Stupid and arrogant (see Pierson for another example).

These are the kind of low-brows Trump would invite into our government.
