Dakota Access Pipeline Rally | KOLC- TV

KOLC-TV went on location to Cannon Ball North Dakota to report on the Dakota Access Pipeline rally that was being held on near the Standing Rock Sioux tribes lands. The person speaking is Jon Eagle Sr., tribal Historical Preservation Officer. Could not get his name when editing this piece for a lower thirds title placement, sorry. Will add when we do longer piece. This report came on August 17th 2016. It is a short piece taken from our footage. A longer report will come later.
