1. So these Lyft and I suppose Uber Drivers can carry more than one different destination passengers at at time?

2. I'm okay with her being offended by an Hawaiian bobble head doll. It is stereotypical imagery for the Hawaiian people. Yes I know if you go to Hawaii they have hula dance performances and probably sell the bobble heads all over Hawaii, but Native Americans also do ritual dances in traditional garb for tourists. Would you be offended if someone had a Native American bobble head on their dash board? Or an Aunt Jemima bobble head doll?

3. She found it offensive. She was the customer, he could have taken it down while she was in the car and restored it when she got out.

4. Her speech inflections were irritating. She was irritating. Any good message she could have communicated was lost in her over the top outrage.

5. At some point she should just have stopped talking. She made her point, he wasn't going to to acquiese to her viewpoint, so stop, finish your ride and give him a bad rating.

Just my POV.

I might not think it was particularly funny, but really, life is too short to get offended at every little thing.

So this woman picks a fight and records it. Plus she sounds like a Valley Girl from the 80s. This is a performance. Offensive, and in bad taste, but her sole goal was to provoke an argument and post it online. Her mother must be so proud.

She did not leave much doubt that she was the more insensitive and rude of the two . The driver seemed measured and polite.

is to see someone using cultural sensitivity as a weapon to do more harm than good.

It's not like everyone in the culture is aware of every cultural offense floating around. We're all victims of how we've been programmed by society, at times. She could have been more patient and just educated the driver rather than to use his ignorance of cultural sensitivity to score points against him.

I mean, she's acting all surprised that the driver didn't know that doll was offensive like it's as common knowledge as slavery is known to be bad. Like we've fought wars and they've been sprayed by water cannons to free the world of offensive bobble head dolls.

That woman is toxic, and if anyone in that car had a sense of entitlement, it was her. It never ceases to amaze me how some people can walk into a room or sit down in a car and expect everyone to rearrange everything so that their delicate sensibilities aren't offended. The best thing to do with people like that is to stay away from them. That's the only way to make sure you don't hurt their feelings.
