Manaforts lawyers leaked info that incriminates their client and proves the Trump campaign was colluding with Russia, and they did it because they think Mueller would not want it public???

What is the up-side for Manafort in doing that?

was violated. Buys more time for an appeal, for an eventual trump pardon

but I have no idea if that is even valid
