How did the staff keep this from the press and her family throughout the pregnancy?
How did she "give" birth? A C-section?
Big coverup going on here.

(6,344 posts)Okay, so if "supposedly" no one knew she was pregnant, then the baby was a vaginal birth. Her body did the work to deliver.

(22,671 posts)Dilation and contractions are not voluntary actions, but a comatose woman would not be able to help with the delivery by "pushing." Women do give birth under general anesthesia under certain conditions.
