A two year old child following the dad with hands up is heartbreaking.

After the person who filmed it shows the kid come out of the car, the video pans left to the cop.

The cops didn't tell him to do that, though. They didn't know who all was in the car & just told people to hold hands up when getting out of the car.

Wonder what the parent or parents did, with a child in the car. There aren't several cop cars with guns drawn for a traffic ticket.

I once saw it take 2 cars, 4 officers and a U-turn (by the cop) in the middle of a busy 4-lane road to give a ticket to a white lady with 2 kids in a mini-van in the St. Louis suburbs.
I'm sure whatever she did traffic wise wasn't nearly as dangerous as the second cop car whipping a U-turn into on-coming traffic to provide reinforcements.

Especially in stops involving our non-white brothers and sisters.
