It's been awhile so I don't remember exactly where. I think it has happened in England as well. Maybe other DUers will weigh in with more specific information.

It's more common than most people think........there's even local names for them like The Taos Hum or The Bristol Hum. There was a real cool one recently in the Ukraine

where I live I feel a vibration that other people don't seem to feel. It was picked up on a seismograph app on an iPad. It happens for about 36 - 48 hours, then it's gone for 36 - 48 hours and then it's back. It's continuous for the 36 - 48 hour period of time. It's a continuous vibration with an occasional thumping feel. Sometimes I can hear like a very low sound with it. I don't know if nobody else in the area hears or feels it or are just afraid to say anything. I even called VA Tech extension and they don't know what it is....nobody seems to know.

Only one other person has felt it at my house. I can feel it outside as well as inside and I felt it even when the electricity was out.

Weird shit - and I just wish someone could tell me what it is. It's really annoying.

I don't have the link right now for the special the History channel did on it, but everyone should see it.
