but then the meatloaf never survives long enough to do that.

But if you're ever in Savannah, GA there's a restaurant that serves a grilled slab of meatloaf sandwich that's one of the best things I ever put in my mouth. Everything else they do is great too. We used to go every time we visited my wife's cousin there. Sweet Potatoes. I think it's expanded since the last time we were there years ago.
