Slim Fast for breakfast, a small Wendy's chilli for lunch and for dinner a Lean Quisene or other frozen dinner and maybe a tuna melt or vegi burger. Total calories 1200 1300. On days I work out I go for 1700 to 1800 calories
I have done this for several years when I want to lose 10 pounds or so works great for me.
