Lots of people think your cable provider tracks what you're watching and that's how they determine ratings.
My understanding is that you need to be signed up, and hardware installed, like with Neilsen...correct?

I haven't researched the capabilities of the converter but I know they can interrogate and reprogram from the office as well. I would expect reporting of current channel selection would be no problem.
