Me, at the Apple Store: "Why is the iPhone so expensive?"

Clerk: "Well, just look at all the devices it replaces. It's a phone. It's a camera. It's a calculator. It's a GPS. It's a word processor. It's a search engine. It's a jukebox. It's a DVR. It's a pager. It's a game module..."

Me: "Okay, so then, why is the Android phone so much cheaper?"

Clerk: "Well, the Android phone only needs to replace one device."

Me: "Really? Which one?"

Clerk: "The iPhone."
