Update: Merlot

A couple of weeks ago I asked for Lounge expertise about lower sugar (because diabetes) wine - Pinot Noir/Merlot. I've always followed through on options and experiments, but back then because of the shopping crowd, I ended up with Chardonay, which after the first astringent taste ended up fairly tolerable.

So now the merlot is fairly smooth, similarly after the first astringent irk.

As for the sugar, tomorrow morning the testing will tell.
