Has to be some kind of inert prop or toy for display, right?
Even in Poland (based on the license plate) the government must take a dim view of live 60+ year old heavy explosives being casually carted around....

Probably a prop to add a little extra historical interest to the bike. Still caught my eye as an odd thing to see.
