Its free antivirus protection, but its not an automatic download.

I installed it years ago when it was the only antivirus that didnt interfere with some of my games. Now, even my work uses it as their antivirus of choice.

of programs get installed that way. I'd uninstall AVG. I've used it, Norton and McAfee too and
Malwarebytes outperforms them all...

1. delete it
2. check your browsers (you may want to get the local geek in your neighborhood to do this)
3. use Malwarebytes, free verion

I think it might have come via Firefox.
