I thought I saw it all in regards to TV Reality Shows but then I found this....

First, I haven't returned the cable box yet. I had a last minute doctor appointment on Friday so I figured I'll take it back this week. As long as I get it back before my next billing cycle which starts the 15th.

So flipping thru the channels I stumbled across a marathon on Spike TV for 'Worlds Worst Apartment Tenants' or something like that.



Stunned barely describes how I felt watching this show. I could not believe some of the shit that people were trying to get away with in their homes. I'm not sure which stunned me the most but it's down to 4:

* The man who was doing illegal plastic surgery in his apartment. They were wondering why someone was dumping medical waste in the apartment dumpster. They found a patient in there that just had calf implants and btw the doctor had lost his license over 3 years earlier.

* The guy with the illegal butcher shop in his loft. They were there for the tenant below the butcher shop who was withholding payment because of the blood seeping out of the pipes and onto his walls in his art store.

* The lady who was raising a horse in her house. Not kidding - normal size bedroom, full size horse. She said she thought she had bought a pygmy/mini horse but turns out it was a regular size horse. So for years she shared the house with this horse because the horse grew too big for the doorways. Luckily the house was being remodeled (the woman refused to move out) and so they had to pull the side of a house out to get the horse out of the house.

* The kids that decided to have a rave in house while the parents were away. The rave was complete with tons of soap suds everywhere.
