Is it against copyright to use a picture from google maps in an ad?

I am trying to sell my home and I don't want to put the actual address in the ad (by linking to google maps) and would like to use the picture
of my home from google maps, or is it google earth.

Is this against copyright laws?

I am unable at this time to take my own picture at the moment.

It is however, highly unlikely that google would bother to get upset about it.
They do imprint the google name in the map images.
