Your link indicates it's a real menu item at a fast food chain called Steak N' Shake. I've never heard of that chain and I wonder how many of these they are able to sell. Their trademark seems to be the offer of enormous portions.

It's a little better than the typical fast food take-out, but it still doesn't compare to a good restaurant burger. They do make decent shakes, though.

You are seated by a host/hostess (well, whatever waitstaff is available to do the job) and a they take your order and bring you food. I've never seen that tower of heart attack but it's been a while since I've been.

But damn, a double cheeseburger and cheese fries and a side by side chocolate/strawberry shake every once in a while is damn worth ignoring my doc.
