Did I just get too old to be fascinated by that sort of thing anymore, or does Pop Culture really and truly suck these days?

Most of the billion people who watched this video don't speak Korean...google Gangnam Style translation and you will learn the second line in the song is "a classy girl who enjoys the freedom of a cup of coffee" and that Psy himself is "the kind of guy who one-shots his coffee before it gets cold."

And Gangnam is the most expensive neighborhood in all Korea...if you can imagine someone writing Beverly Hills Style" and talking about a date at a church youth group that ends in a handshake...the only thing saving that dude from oblivion is the rarity of Korean speakers in America because funny dancing only carries Moral Majority rapping so far.
