(15,220 posts)Never have.
It's almost like tattling as far as I'm concerned. I simply ignore posts that I find offensive in some way. Who knows...it may just be me that a post offends.

(12,272 posts)One time the poster was PPR'd, one time I apologized to the poster for being an ass and one time the post was deservedly hidden.
It is a knee jerk reaction when I click Alert, something hot-wired in my head. I am usually a live and let live sort.
Good question, I think we could do an analysis and make some interesting observations about who does and who doesn't.
It is right now a sneaky thing, but hopefully that will be rectified. People have a right to know who their accusers are.

(56,912 posts)yes, they do.

(12,272 posts)One guy, a likable guy as it turns out, was smack-talking and that just doesn't communicate over the intertubes.
I am introverted, painfully at times, but I seem to come across as a jerk. I have had one post hidden, I suggested someone leave the country. I was tired of whiners. Maybe I am a little bit of a jerk.
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt when I am on a jury. It can be tough to decipher intention/motive.

(56,912 posts)no. fucking. way.
I know I have but, it was intentionally because you know -they- started it ... and -I- just have to finish it

(12,272 posts)I actually appreciate people who defend themselves well. I can just be too nosy. But thank you so much.

(49,970 posts)A couple times for poster being nasty. One post was hidden. The other was voted 50/50 so it stayed.

(6,261 posts)Once, on a blatant piece of spam. It was gone before you could say antidisestablishmentarianism anyway.
I'm also pretty lenient on juries.

(10,039 posts)Transphobia, homophobia, and ableism so far. I'd do sexism/racism but other people beat me to it anyways. But the ableism fight is going to be an on-going thing now that I'm co-host to the Mental Health Information group.

(10,039 posts)I've become an activist in a way because this group doesn't have a strong voice, are mostly closeted, and more likely to be victims.
Feminism has a large roaring voice right now compared to the Mental health issues. They have no good reason to hide. The stigma towards the mentally ill is way out of control and harms people's lives in too many ways. People are delving into ableism without even knowing that they are, sad to say.
You might know all of this if you were involved in the reason this group was made though. >.>

Was not pleased with the response, so will probably not do it again unless I know it is within the Admins priorities.

(1,044 posts)on a post giving medical advice that would have been deadly if followed.
It was allowed to stand.
So now I don't bother.

(10,237 posts)Once I hit ignore and realized who am I to judge net behavior when I know personally no one here except for a few wonderful people who met up at some L.A. peace marches . I hate trolling if people do it here or people from here do it on wing nut sites ,I feel it widens the divide that has grown so huge.
I also have to put in check my desire to break up fights/arguments here because I never know who is just playfully goofing with each other
