Fabric Softener Smoothie
7 or 8 ice cubes
1 cup milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
blue food coloring
1. Grind ice cubes in blender.
2. Add milk to crushed ice and lend on low speed for 10 seconds. Add one large
scoop of ice cream and blend again for about 30 seconds.
3. Slowly add about eight drops of food coloring to blender, mixing after every
couple of drops, until smoothie is the color of your favorite fabric softener.

Though I didn't get a honeydew -- their melons are EXPENSIVE compared to where I shop in person and I have
to make a trip to THAT grocery store tomorrow or the next day for the pharmacy.

(32,061 posts)That way, you don't need to water it down with ice cubes. I usually make them with frozen fruit, some sort of milk (cow juice, almond milk, coconut milk...), some sweetener, and maybe some vanilla or almond extract, or some chocolate syrup. It's a great way to use overripe bananas. Peel 'em and pop them into a ziplock bag, and throw them in the freezer until you need them.
