a few obligatory shots of "Ben's six pack", as my wife noted. then I went to Wikipedia and read about how things really went down. I know it is Hollywood, and it is meant to sell films....but I do wish that movies would do less embellishing with these sorts of historical events.

So I guess you could say we enjoyed the movie, but....

The sun breaks have been great for elevating the mood this week. And people are walking around quite a bit. I wonder why things have been so quiet lately. But this is a peaceful, urban neighborhood. Went to COSTCO yesterday evening and although it was busy, it wasn't hectic. Had to go there last week and there were some empty spots, very rare. Hope your patients are enjoying being outside, although the nights are still too cold to be outside all the night now. Here, anyway.

Not a flood of zombies charging the barriers. Just a single, out-of-it guy, staring at nothing at all...

Shambling along...

Drawing the attention of the protagonists...

Until he smells......

Poor guy fell into the ditch further up the street.

Someone call 911, he couldn't get out of the ditch.

Found out later he had been out walking like this for hours.

Maybe was a zombie.

I was up at 4:30am to take a friend to the airport. She was on the first leg of her trip to Jordan -- she will be there after a 22 hour flight combination. She's joining a tour of archeological sites.

If I go to bed too soon, I'll wake up at some awful hour and not be able to go back to sleep.

I have tons of stuff to do. Was very sick with Norwalk virus a while back, then had dental surgery after that. The gum didn't heal as quick as I would've liked. Getting older is not for wimps. Fell way behind on many tasks while I was healing. Got some stuff done today: lawn is mowed, did some dishes, arranged to help my elderly mom with a task in a couple of days, made a needed phone call. Not enough progress, but just gotta keep on keepin' on.

I was going to ask if you and Will are taking a break...then I remembered it is not Saturday. Am mostly off work this week for Spring Break...guess I am kind of ungrounded without my routine.

Actually, as usual, I am spending too much time on DU.
