What ever happened to CERTS ?

were they a breath mint or a candy mint ?

someone showed me statistics that showed they were a candy mints but they could have been a biased candy freak ---------------

When I mentioned them to my 18-year-old, he said he'd never heard of them. Realizing that I hadn't seen them in at least ten years, I thought maybe they had stopped.
