Has anyone seen the new "Godzilla"?

I have an affection for all GZ movies and would like to get a DU opinion, although I'll prob see it regardless.

It was pretty scary, in my opinion. Very serious and not much of the kiddy sci-fi tinge of 1960s Godzilla.

Great acting (unusual for a monster movie), great special effects, and scary adversaries for everybody's favorite oversized lizard.
