I am fascinated by that sort of efficient living. It appeals to me, although it wouldn't work for me now with kids living at home.

The design is ingenious - but I don't think I could live there. If the kitchen was more user friendly, perhaps.

I like the combined front door/backdoor, so that when you step inside you also step right thru to the back porch.
