I would suggest a shot of Yukon Jack with just a little bit of water.

I don't really drink. In fact, I very rarely drink, even in social situations, I just tend to like the culture of it all.

It will put you right out.

One problem with alcoholic drinks at bedtime is that they put you into a deep sleep that wears off. Then you are wide awake at 3 am. Or at least I think I read that somewhere. It happens to my husband every night and he still can't figure it out.
