after a couple years off the exercise, i am back. not as hard as i thought to get back in shape. muscle memory. but i hear ya... cute.

What bugs me (about myself) is that I KNOW I feel better and have more energy when I exercise and yet it's such a struggle to keep doing it regularly. Sigh.

It won't take long until it becomes a routine, and you'll even miss going. Taking classes, if your gym offers them, will help in that regard. If anything, just remind yourself that if you don't go, you are wasting money. Nobody likes that.

with all the discount..its about $10 per month...and its a very high end gym..I spend more than $10 on lunch per month...the steam room and pool are the dogs bollocks...
