The UK does have some good political message boards of its own; though the development of a DU equivalent is hampered by the fact that the British left has always been factionalized, and that Labour has forfeited the support of many left-wingers -so that many left-wing posters will steer clear of Labour Home, for example. I like Liberal Conspiracy (which, though UK-based, uses 'liberal' in its American sense); but I understand it is coming to an end.
