Food product abuse

too many machines running amok (type of rice noodle), not enough workers. I thought that lo mien we had on Father's Day had a unique toey flavor to it.

I have this thing, where I believe that the dingier the Chinese Restaurant(And only a Chinese Restaurant) the better.

PF Changs, looks nice, but that's all they are, the ambience. Their food is godawful, overpriced and over-rated.
PF Changs is the Chi Chis of Chinese food.
