There is an enzyme in tuna fish for humans that destroys thiamine (vitamin B1). It can be fatal for cats to eat tuna fish meant for human consumption. It can also cause neurological symptoms like dilated eyes, loss of equilibrium and seizures.

ETA: Cats with urinary problems should avoid any seafoods as they are high in phosphorous and changes the urinary pH which can contribute to the lower urinary disorders.
