Trying to make World Cup soccer more interesting

as I watch it with hubby.
First, I imagined each player being required to wear clown shoes. That wasn't funny until each player was required to carry a stein of beer in each hand and try not to spill it. If they spilled it, it was replenished. The pitch got soggy, though.
I guess I wasn't meant for this sport.
