what is your prediction for final group G standings (World Cup)?

Mine:

Germany - 5 points
USA - 5 points
Portugal - 4 points
Ghana - 1 point

I Think Germany and USA play to a mutually beneficial tie and that there is no way Portugal goes home with 0 wins.

the USA would advance to the round of sixteen. I can't predict, but I'd be kind of surprised if we beat or tie Germany. They've been looking quite good, like they have a great shot at winning the World Cup this year.

That would assure that the US would advance regardless how they do against Germany.

unless we get blown out by the Mannschaft as Portugal did.

A 1-goal Ghana win and 1-goal USA loss would advance us as well.

Germany: 7 points Goals + 6
USA: 4 points Goals -1
Portugal: 4 points Goals -2
Ghana: 1 point Goals -3

Germany wins group; USA advances with a negative goal differential. Portugal simply gave up too many goals in their first game to make it out of group, even with a convincing win over Ghana on Thursday. USA will play a pathetic defensive game on Thursday, and the Germans will do just enough to guarantee themselves a first seed in the round of 16.
