it's the weirdest thing...for about a week, I am getting bombarded with German spam!

Not the canned lunchmeat - but a daily bombardment of spam emails from Germany. Chrome is catching most of them...but what the hell?

Anyone else getting spam of a different flavor lately?

It always started with an outraged-sounding denuciation of pornography (in English), followed by very explicit examples (in English and Russian) of the sort of pornography being denounced, and then links to various Russian sites

I always figured it was clickbait intended to spread some nasty Russian virus

Some of my advertisements when I go around the net changed to Spanish too.
I have no idea how.

I never go to Spanish sites or click on any of them.
