A mini kit I spied at Bed Bath last week near the checkout. I thought it would be a fun thing to stash in my guestroom before company came. They never got to it, but I plan to soon. Loved this toy!

I had the regular Spirograph shown, and later the Super Spirograph, and later the Motorized Spirograph. Then many years later the travel-sized Spirograph set. Then later the online versions!

Years ago in the cartoon strip "Robotman", Robotman (the main character) created a cartoon series using a Spirograph. His main characters were Parabolic Bob & the Double Helix Twins.

Thanks for the link. I've wasted 45 minutes already!

Thought it was sooooo cool.

It's being made by someone else now (I think Kenner's gone under) and I saw it in an advertisement the other day marked as a "nostalgia" gift.

But some things just never get old.
