Einstein's Brain

Einstein’s brain sat in jars in a cardboard box for 20 years after his death in 1955. Princeton pathologist, Thomas Stoltz Harvey, removed the organ and took it with him, possibly against Einstein’s directives, and only gave it up in 1998. Most of it now resides at the National Museum of Health and Medicine, and a little bit of it is at the Mütter Museum.
