But first check to see if any are valuable. I have some of my father's. You won't make a fortune with antique marbles, but some are quite valuable.

We have Mr. Dixie's in a large glass vase, where the sun shines on them.

I made Chinese checker boards to give away to the kids of friends and family...and was always on the lookout for marbles over the years. Looks like your stash is front loaded with blue, bummer.

Of course these days marbles are probably near the top of the list of things that are dangerous for young children.
