I'll go with the NBA: no harm, no foul. I love Holloween but I am leery of living next door to this.

the visual comes on with a sensor of a stopped car and the driver tunes to a AM dial which picks up the transmission from a low-band transmitter so the song isn't blared over the neighborhood. The house probably does this for a limited time ( 7 to 10 P.M.- I would believe) and for a few days before Halloween. May be annoying to some, but - what the hell - ain't it something.

I would not mind being a neighbor....not at all. Just think of all the joy it is bringing to people.

he nearly got run out on a rail in his old neighborhood , ( meh , homeowners association.) bah humbug. later moved .
