Lou Reed died two years ago today. It's still hard to believe he's gone.

I know "Rock & Roll Animal" is supposed to be "THE" Lou Reed album, but this might be my favorite track of all, next to "The Blue Mask"...Lou and Robert Quine, from the "Live In Italy" album, blowtorching two Velvets classics.

I am sure Lou continues to raise hell wherever he is. I miss him.

Yeah, the Live In Italy album is great. His work with Robert Quine & Fernando Saunders is some of my favorite of his stuff too.
