Not to mention the amazing level of fitness required to pull this off. Rope jumping is one of those activities that is so much more strenuous than it looks, to put it mildly.

I can do a few of the easier skills seen here but I'm certainly not smiling when I do them! Super impressive. Thank you for sharing!
