- I'll be 50 in December - if I were single, I'd love to be able to choose between a stunning 25 year old and a beautiful 31 year old.

In reality, even though I'm in decent shape for my age and not ugly, there is no way women like that would be interested in me unless I was rich and/or famous.

Studs our age are high on the desirability scale to younger women once they wised up. Curiously, I always dated & eventually married down the age ladder. I'm sure being musically inclined & my chart topping good looks account for 50% of my attractiveness.

Meaning his audition for the show was so positive that they created the "Daryl" character just to include him in the show. He also moves a LOT of TWD merchandise for AMC. Daryl is a major, major cash cow & his IP is owned by AMC.

IMO, I think Daryl is going to survive the Zpocalypse.

the crew from before Alexandria seems almost invulnerable. Only a "big" death of one of the originals is going to really establish Negan as a new level of threat. They've had enough foreshadowing/symbolism that Daryl, Glenn, Carol, Morgan, Maggie or Abraham could be the one to get it.

That said, I don't think Abraham dying would have the emotional impact of losing Daryl, Carol or Glenn. And, I think since he went Zen master, Morgan's popularity has plunged as well.

My guess is that either Morgan or Carol dies this coming week, and either Glenn or Daryl get it in the finale.

Carol already took a hike, so she's safe. Unless the Saviors grab her & bring her back just to execute her as an example like the Governor. Don't think the show-runners would do that trick again though.

Morgan, just built the jail. Seems like that's foreshadowing what happens after the war. IMO, Morgan is being built up as a polar opposite to the Rick-tyranny (Xavier/Magneto). I think Morgan is safe.

Abraham is "happy" now. He's got a new squeeze & he and Eugene have reconciled= Time to Die!

Daryl is AMC approved indestructible & will probably outlast TWD, to get his own "Saul" series where he wanders around the Z-world getting into adventures like Kane from Kung-Fu.

Glenn. Is 100% assuredly going to meet "Lucille" & she will kiss him goodbye.

Norman is reportedly getting a lot of attention/interest for possible movie roles outside TWD. He's considered "hot property" now, so sure if a crazy good deal comes along, then yeah why not jump. Norman's star is most definitely rising.

I could easily see him cast in DC's LOBO movie.

Carol's a fucking idiot. I might change that opinion after some thought, but as for now...fucking idiot.

Morgan is going to put Rick in his cell or something equally as stupid.

Poor Denise, but I already knew it was going to be her (spoiler from a relative). Props to the writers for making it seem like it would play out like in the comics (Abraham/Eugene), giving that suspense of knowing what's coming then the switch up.

Good on Eugene!

Fucking Dwight.

Mon Mar 21, 2016, 11:59 AM
Mar 2016

Morgan's mercy brought on the wolves.
Daryl's mercy is responsible for Dwight, and the death of Denise.

Carol, who has shown no mercy, is now victimized by the hard choices she has had to make.

Rick gave mercy to Jesus, and that looked like a mistake, but it looks like it's turning around.

Glenn's mercy gave him a dumpster's chance to survive.

Really, no sweeping lesson can come out of this.

as Tara's love interest. In the TV world that usually means one of them (lesbians) will die after a declaration of love or a sex scene (that's what usually happens and did so in this case). As soon as Tara told her she loved her, I knew she was doomed--I hoped otherwise cause they needed a doctor but alas, not to happen...

But yeah, Merritt brings so much to her characters, even in short roles--she's what I like to call a "quiet" actor, her silences saying so much. I remember her catching my attention on L&O: Criminal Intent as a crazy nanny.

I figured either her or Tara were definitely doomed when Denise said she'd tell Tara she loved her when they met again... just like Ned Stark would tell Jon Snow about his mother the next time they met on Game of Thrones.

The appearance of Negan was in issue #100 of the comics. I think they're closing in on issue #150 now.

While I don't think it's slow, I do think the show is running the risk of repeating the same type of plot over & over again - group finds apparent safety, but then bad guys disrupt their plans...
