People report seeing clowns at 2 Upstate apartment complexes, deputies say

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. —Authorities are investigating reports of people seeing a person dressed as a clown at two Upstate apartment complexes.


The most recent sighting was Monday at Emerald Commons on Whitehorse Road, according to a Greenville County dispatch supervisor.
